Marking a Strong Presence in Ramadan's Drama Season
Dhaffer L'abidine Joins Taht Al Saytara and Wraps up Shooting His Role in Oreed Ragolan
Tunisian actor Dhaffer L'abidine has started shooting his scenes in the upcoming TV series Taht Al Saytara, which will premiere next Ramadan. Dhaffer has also wrapped up shooting Oreed Ragolan, a 60-episode TV drama; the last 30 episodes of which will air next Ramadan as well.
Taht Al Saytara stars Dhaffer L'abidine, and Nelly Karim along with Mohamed Farag, Hesham Selim, Ahmed Wafik and Hany Adel. The new TV series is written by Mariam Naoom, who has an extensive record of remarkable TV dramas including; Segn El Nesa, premiered last, Zat and Moga Harra. Taht Al Saytara, is directed by Tamer Mohsen, who has previously directed several successful cinematic hits and TV dramas including; the TV series Bidoun Zekr Asmaa and Ot w Far.
Based on a novel of the same name by the well-established writer NourAbdelMageed, Oreed Ragolan follows the story of a group of women in search for a man to reach happiness and make all their dreams come true. Comprised of 60 episodes, the first 30 episodes of the new drama will screen in May, while the remaining 30 episodes are planned to screen during next Ramadan.
Scripted by Shahira Salam, Oreed Ragolan stars Dhaffer L'abidine, Eyad Nassar, Ahmed Abdelaziz, Mirna Al Mohandas and Dina Fuad. Oreed Ragolan is co-directed by Batoul Arafa and Mohamed Mostafa.
