Written and directed by Hisham Saqr, Certified Mail stars Basma, Passant Shawky, Mohamed Sarhan, Lobna Asal and Rafal Abdelkader. The film is co-produced by Mohamed Hefzy's Film Clinic and Hisham Saqr's White Feather, along with producer Mohamed Samir and associate producers Daniel Ziskind and Jessica Khoury.
